This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding. I couldn't believe the prices for such a centrally located hotel in the Yeoksam area. Despite being tucked away in a back alley, it was just a short walk from the Yeoksam station in the neighbourhood of Gangnam.
All was more than satisfactory, nothing to improve.

The positive apects are: Price/quality ratio is good Room are clean - quiet - good facilities - big screen tv - free internet - spacious bathroom with a spa Free snacks and coffee (in a morning if you are not a big breakfast kind of guy you can have toast - cereals and coffee) It is a convenient location - many bars and restaurent around and close to the subway station Convenient to get at the hotel from Incheon airport - just use the bus going to Renaissance hotel - Nox hotel is behind it (check on google map) Manager/owner is really helpful and speaks relatively good English
Well I found the room a little bit too dark - the rooms need more or stronger lights My room didn't have any view. All in all considering the price - when i get back too Seoul i will definitely choose the same hotel

It has an excellent location. The room was exceptionally clean. The staff was very helpful.
The only problem was the excessive noise of the a/c fan that was coming from outside.

kindness of the staffs and wllling to help the needy; front staffs were friendly and trying to provide service at maximum in their hands. they offered to a ride to COEX and got a ride to the air bus when I checked out. everyone works diligent all together, lucky for the owner of the hotel.
You need to prepare some walking; reached hotel dragged 4 luggages wt 2 children to semi-hill about 5minutes from air bus got off site in the rain. Hotel futility is such a hassle, cuz sink in the room designed seem only for the look (drain system was poor), so does wal-pool like bath tub.

We loved the hotel's location, being only a few steps away from the subway station and close to the airport shuttle stop. It made our transportation hassle-free. The cleanliness of the rooms was really good, and the facilities were excellent. Breakfast was filling, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Nothing to fault.

Super coorporative staff with unlimited willingness to provide help and advice during our stay, nothing seemed to much for the owner.
Brand new hotel, all rooms where top notch, but the entrance hall was still being finalised, but no disturbances for the guest whatsoever.

The staff and, the manager Paul was excellent He actually took us to the subway and showed us how to purchase our tickets. He could not do enough for us. Although the hotel was hard to find and it was under construction, we were very comfortable. The rooms are a bit small but luxurious.
The window in our room was very small. Location not good for shopping.

This hotel has a convenient location with several nearby restaurants that stay open late, as well as being just a short walk from the subway station. the staff is accommodating, and the modern rooms offer great amenities such as a computer, TV and powerful shower.
Luggage storage in the rooms can be a bit cramped and limited.

This hotel is worth every penny - you get so much value for your money! The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with all the amenities you would expect in a 5-star hotel. I especially loved the unique bathroom setup, with the sink outside of the main bathroom area. The complimentary soft drinks provided in the minibar were a nice touch, and the location in a back alley just behind the main street was perfect for exploring the neighborhood of Gangnam. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had a great assortment of food.
Everything was just fine, I couldn't ask for more.

Fantastic location made up for the slight inconveniece getting to the hotel from the airport. Hotel staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful despite the language barrier. Safe neighbourhood. Only suggestion for the room is perhaps a full length mirror can be included somewhere!?
